The Spanish Palace, Suites, Rooms, Apartments & Terraces Naples

During our Christmas stay, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts and instantly felt at home. The small size of the hotel meant that we practically had the fine terrace to ourselves, a real treat. We were thrilled to discover that unlimited wine and water were included in our stay, a unique and thoughtful touch. the hotel's location in the heart of the old town was perfect, with easy access to all the key attractions and amenities.

One downside was that the hotel was a bit difficult to find, tucked away in an old building across from a church. Climbing the 125 stairs to the top floor was also a bit tiring, especially after a long day of exploring.

The friendly hosts, Nico and Anna, go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, even helping with language improvement. The rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views, especially in the evening, and the kitchen is stocked with beer, wine, and snacks for guests to enjoy.

The three balcony's were fantastic, providing fine views of the city. The hotel facilities were great, including a sound system with Alexa and three shower facilities. The breakfast brought to us in the morning was delicious, with a variety of options including pastries, yogurt, and cereal. The staff, especially the host Nicolo, were helpful and were very good too make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, very close to the city centre and right next to the historic centre. it was conveniently close to the metro.

The hotel is located in a beautiful Rococo or late Baroque palace from 1738, adding to the charm of the stay. The staff members are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with basic amenities including air conditioning on the 4th floor, and even have a hair dryer in the bathroom. One of the highlights is the breakfast with a view of Vesuvio, which adds to the overall experience.

The room wasnice and neat, and the bed and pillows were particularly cozy. The 17th-century palace location was amazing, with a local market right outside. I had an wonderful stay at a charming B&B located in a historic palace. The host, Niko, warmly welcomed me and even picked me up from the airport. The rooftop terrace, where breakfast was served, offered a fine view of the city. I was impressed by the attention to detail, with candles creating a romantic atmosphere and a selection of drinks and snacks available for free. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere created by Niko and his wife made this one of the best stays I've had in a long time. Highly recommended!
